Audits

At every step of the investment process, expert advice and technical support to investors are key to the successful execution of the investment.
To ensure comprehensiveness in all areas of planning, we use an interactive and coordinated approach in helping the investor make key decisions regarding the quality, utility and rationality of structures.

Our company’s authorised engineers hold all relevant licences from the Slovenian Chamber of Engineers and the Chamber of Architecture and Spatial Planning to carry out audits of project documentation for architectural design, building construction and mechanical installations and the execution of responsible audit management.
Together with our contractual partners we offer comprehensive and coordinated auditing of all types of plans relating to a project.
At the request of investors we also audit all other types and phases of project documentation including project reviews. We provide expert advice to investors with the aim of successful investment realisation.

The basis for the elaboration of audit reports is the Construction Act (ZGO–1), which makes it obligatory for investors to audit project documentation prepared for complex buildings according to the criteria of the Regulation on the classification of construction with regard to their complexity.
