With many years of experience in supervising residential, business, commercial, industrial and other buildings, engineering structures and public utility infrastructure and in execution management we can guarantee the investor more than just formal supervision.

Along with the choice of contractor, selecting the supervisor is a key element of our assurance that the finished product (building) will be built with appropriate quality and at an appropriate price; something our clients are well aware of. In the area of supervision, we provide the following services:

Supervisory services required by the Construction Act

Expert supervision of the execution of construction and fittings work and mechanical and electrical installations, prompt reporting to the investor of any discrepancies and changes and the reasons for them
Financial supervision of the execution of construction and fittings work and mechanical and electrical installations, prompt reporting to the investor
Schedule supervision of work execution against the time schedule and contract concluded
Active cooperation with contractors and designers during construction in the sense of construction rationalisation within the project
Examining and confirming the "Statement of Reliability" and active cooperation with the investor and administrative authority in obtaining an occupancy permit
Carrying out the inspection and handover of completed works and remedying any deficiencies found, including the inspection and remedy of deficiencies after expiry of the guarantee period
