The hospital will be located at the edge of the park, under the existing Golnik Clinic. The site is surrounded by forest on the upper side and a road runs underneath.
The building will be located under a back bank and divided into several smaller volumes. The underground floor will be used for a garage, while the upper floors will be used for patient reception, treatment areas and patient rooms. The façade will contain clad of natural materials.
The building will be energy efficient and self-sufficient. Most of the process activities will be digitised, making it one of the most modern healthcare facilities in the country at the time of its completion.
